A Butcher with Respect for the Work

Payton Menezes was born and raised in Reno, Nevada, where hard work, family, and the outdoors weren't a hobby — they were a way of life. In 2025, he and his family moved to Idaho, leaving the family business to pursue a dream of his own.

As an avid hunter and classically trained butcher, Payton brings both personal respect and professional skill to every animal that comes through the shop.
